The Yuthog Foundation for Tibetan Medicine was founded for the purpose of
preservation and development of traditional Tibetan medicine. We
are engaged in the education and
training of Tibetan doctors in rural areas of Ladakh and promote the exchange of experiences to
solve problems with respect to use and identification of medicinal plants. In connection with our
activities we are leading herbal excursions and trekking tours designed
for western people.
